Jack/Samantha
What happens in "Threads" between Daniel reappearing in the conference room and the team fishing at Jack's cabin? Read this and find out.
Author's note - This was my first fanfic attempt since I was a teen trying to write Star Trek. My writing's improved considerably since March 2005. Even though I look back on this story and realize many things I'd write differently, I still received 5 out of 5 on AFF.net from 16 people voting. Not bad, huh?

Content Warnings on AFF.net (M, MA Stories)
AFF.net provides content warnings, which appear in the synopsis of stories. Any story on this blog that links directly to a story on aff.net will include the relevant content warning at the bottom of the post.
My Five Best Stories
Obviously, I like (or love) all of my stories available on the 'net, or they wouldn't be there. But I admit, there're some I like more than others. All stories are Complete.
My Crowning Jewel Sonnets in the Dark (MASH) Charles is in command of the 4077th while Colonel Potter is away and Margaret helps him. Along the way, they realize their fondness for one another. Includes Flagg and Sidney, my two favorite recurring characters. Second in the complete Winchester Series. Many glowing reviews. Lots of drama and romance. Final chapter is M-rated.
My Daddy, My Superhero (Scrubs) Perry and Jack take a day for themselves, and Jack comes to a very important decision about his life. Jack's five in this story, Jennifer Dylan is a toddler. One reviewer said "You got the characters down great, and it's oh so cute!"
Winter Snow, Aspenglow (GAH) My first response to the Christmas-fic challenge on a GAH board. It's tragic, it's a tearjerker, so have the tissue ready, you'll need it. Bill Maxwell doesn't celebrate Christmas; find out why. Will his young friends, Ralph and Pam, and his older partner, Harlan, help him recapture the reason for the season? I was bawling almost from Word One while writing this; it's that good and moving.
What's On Your Mind (GI) To put it simply: The Professor and Mary Ann get together. It stays within the confines of a T-rating quite well, and yet is oh-so-sexy. Heck, I was feeling it writing their first kissing scene. Many awesome reviews, including from someone who normally disdains any MAP-fic. Like someone said, Hmmm, a wet Professor.
The Thousandth Man (IDOJ) The four stanzas of the awesome poem by Rudyard Kipling are used to showcase the very close friendship of Roger Healey and Tony Nelson. Not slashy. From being young lieutenants competing for the coveted Top Gun award, to test-flying the plane that would be dubbed the SR-71, to rescuing Jeannie from her wicked cousin, this one has it all.
If you read any of these, please leave a review and let me know what you thought. Reviews are the lifeblood for fanfic writers, it's what we live for, good or bad. It's nice to know someone's reading our stories and getting some enjoyment from them.

Fiction Ratings Explained
My previous site was granted a free user license for the FictionRatings used on fanfiction.net. I've tried to update that registration with this new blog address without any luck; it doesn't look like that site's been maintained in quite some time. However, the below ratings are still good as far as I know. MPAA owns the copyrights to G, PG, PG-13, etc so some fanfic writers have been using this newer system online.
1. Fiction Rated: K (age 5+) Intended for general audience 5 years and older. Content should be free of any coarse language, violence, and adult themes.
2. Fiction Rated: K+ (age 9+) Suitable for more mature childen, 9 years and older, with minor action violence without serious injury. May contain mild coarse language. Should not contain any adult themes.
3. Fiction Rated: T (age 13+) Suitable for teens, 13 years and older, with some violence, minor coarse language, and minor suggestive adult themes.
4. Fiction Rated: M (age 16+) Not suitable for children or teens below the age of 16 with possible strong but non-explicit adult themes, references to violence, and strong coarse language. This rating will always appear in red.
5. Fiction Rated: MA (age 18+) Content is only suitable for mature adults. May contain explicit language and adult themes. This rating will always appear in red.

Reviews and Ratings
Reviews and Ratings are the only rewards a fan fiction writer gets; they are our lifeblood. Good or bad, it's all welcomed just so we know someone's paying attention. Con-crit (constructive criticism) is especially welcomed. On fanfiction.net you can leave reviews; on adultfanfiction.net you can review and provide a rating from 1 through 5. Leaving a comment on this blog would also be appreciated!
A big hurkin' thank you to all who've provided reviews and/or ratings in the past, you rock!

I Don't Own Them, I Just Have Fun Writing Them
Disclaimer: I don't own anything from any of the following: Stargate SG-1, I Dream of Jeannie, MASH, Star Trek, The Greatest American Hero, Gilligan's Island, Pern or Scrubs. I'm just borrowing a few characters and scenarios, all in good fun.

My Original Fan Fiction
Thanks for coming by. My fanfic blog used to be under a nym I stopped using many months ago (sg1niner), so I'm transferring everything here. This blog is under construction.
Fandoms and their abbreviated labels: Stargate SG-1 (SG1), MASH, I Dream of Jeannie (IDOJ), Greatest American Hero (GAH), Scrubs, Pern, Star Trek: Deep Space 9 (DS9).
Each story has its own individual post with labels if you want to jump directly to a specific rating, status (complete, WIP), pairing, fandom and so on.
If you see a WIP that you'd like to have continued sooner rather than later, please leave me a comment. After I get this blog organized I'm going to systematically start working on completing my WIPs before I start any new stories 'cause I really love that "Complete" status!
Also, regarding adult- and/or slash-oriented content: I will always provide a warning if a story has any slash (even a sniff 'cause I know some thoroughly squick at the thought of it) or is rated M or MA. Some stories may have an overall rating of T (suitable for Teens) with a chapter or two wandering into M terrain; warning will be given for those stories as well.
Whether you're into slash or not, please read this: Some of my stories depict very close personal friendships between two guys. This does not necessarily mean it's slash! If you don't see a slash warning, then the story was not meant to be slashy in any shape or manner (eg, "The Thousandth Man"). If you choose to interpret a story that way, however, that's your thang.
